Our Story

Denver-Built. Adventure-Driven.

Zenith Custom RV was founded by overlanders who got tired of shipping their van to a shop in another state, waiting six months, and getting back something that wasn't quite right. We're based in Denver because the mountains are here and the customers are here.

Our fabrication team brings decades of professional custom vehicle experience — the same skills that go into building commercial-grade custom vehicles, applied to adventure builds with the highest quality components available.

We're a small shop taking a limited number of builds per quarter. That's intentional. Quality matters more than volume. If you want a waitlist number, there are bigger shops for that. If you want the right van, talk to us.

We serve the Front Range and ship completed builds nationwide. Most customers are within 2 hours of our shop — Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and everywhere in between.
